The artist's main media are installation, graphics and photography. Her artistic method is based on mythologisation of space and personality. In her work Yulia attaches great importance to local situations and contexts, transforming them into universal and publicly accessible ones.

Yulia also works as a member of the Art Co-operative «Businki».
Solo exhibitions: «Why do we see dreams?» (Moscow, Most Wanted Gallery). «Mass-market Symphony» (Moscow, CCA «Fabrika», 2023), «Fountains of Bachikistan» (Moscow, Alice Gallery, 2021) and other projects in St. Petersburg, Moscow and Krasnodar.

Participant of the 2nd Triennale of Russian Contemporary Art (Garage Museum of Contemporary Art, Moscow, 2020) and more than 20 group exhibitions in Krasnodar, Moscow, Novorossiysk, Kursk, Zheleznogorsk, St. Petersburg.
She is a graduate of the course «Photographer» of CCA «Tipografia», course «Photographer», (Krasnodar, 2015), the school of photography of Khmel and Sukhoveeva (Krasnodar, 2017) and Krasnodar Institute of Contemporary Art (2018).

Lives and works in Krasnodar.
